1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Viewra ("the Application"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. License Grant
Viewra grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Viewra.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to any data, files, or other content ("User Content") that you load into the Application. Viewra operates locally on your device and does not upload your files to any server.
5. Subscription Terms
Viewra offers auto-renewing subscriptions to access premium features for each product.
Viewra Pro:
- Subscription Name: Viewra Pro
- Subscription Prices: $2.99 / Month or $29.99 / Year
Viewra 3D Pro:
- Subscription Name: Viewra 3D Pro
- Subscription Prices: $2.99 / Month or $29.99 / Year
Viewra VSDX Pro:
- Subscription Name: Viewra VSDX Pro
- Subscription Prices: $2.99 / Month or $29.99 / Year
Mailra Pro:
- Subscription Name: Mailra Pro
- Subscription Prices: $0.99 / Month or $9.99 / Year
Auto-Renewal Terms:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
